The next step is to prepare your home to go on the market. We will walk through the home and I will objectively point out what can be done to ensure that you get top dollar for your property and ensure that you gain the most profit from the sale of your home.
Once your home is ready to be shown, the marketing campaign begins. My proactive approach goes above and beyond to obtain quick results. Some of the techniques I use are Internet marketing, direct mailings, agent-to-agent marketing, and special MLS and the Keller Williams Realty exposure programs.
Following the transaction through to the end requires extensive knowledge of the process and documentation. I will be there with you every step of the way, from negotiating offers through the final closing, and beyond.
